How joining works

1. Apply — free

Complete the online application in about ten minutes. There is no application fee.

2. Send your documents

HPT will provide the Independent Contractor Agreement and policies for review and acceptance before approval. Upload your W-9, a photo ID if you apply as an individual, and insurance certificates when requested.

3. Qualification review

HPT verifies each credential, including current Workers' Compensation and General Liability insurance.

4. Founding-network decision

HPT completes its review and separately decides whether to activate the applicant. Applying does not guarantee activation, assignments, work or income.
