Delete your HPT account
You can start an account-deletion request from inside the HPT Operations app or website.
- Sign in to your HPT account.
- Open the user menu and choose Account & privacy.
- Review the deletion information and type DELETE.
- Select Request account deletion.
What happens next
HPT will review and process a valid request within 30 days. Account access and personal profile information will be deleted or de-identified, subject to records HPT must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, insurance, dispute, or contractual reasons. Organization work records may remain available to the organization where required for legitimate business records, with access controlled by role and authorization.
Cannot sign in?
Email business@hoffmanpt.com from your account email. Include your name and organization. HPT may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
You may cancel a pending request from Account & privacy before processing is completed.
